Within the scope of the purposes and legal grounds specified in this Clarification Text for Customers and Prospective Customers, in accordance with KVKK and relevant legislation, the following personal data of individual and/or sole proprietorship customers and employees/representatives of corporate customers are processed:
Identity, contact, customer transaction, call center voice recordings, legal transaction information, and financial information of individual and/or sole proprietorship customers.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data are processed for the following purposes:

• Carrying out necessary work by our business units so that you can benefit from the products and services offered by our Company,

• Recommending products and services offered by our Company to you,

• Planning and/or execution of market research activities for sales and marketing of products and services,

• Organizing and supervising all your activities such as installation, assembly, and disassembly,

• Planning and/or execution of after-sales support service activities,

• Following up contract processes and/or legal affairs and requests,

• Planning, auditing, and executing information security processes,

• Creating and managing the information technology infrastructure,

• Following up financial and/or accounting transactions and, in this context, issuing invoices for products and services and collecting fees,

• Contacting you via SMS, e-mail, and phone within the scope of contract performance,

• Planning and executing logistics activities,

• Determining and implementing the commercial and business strategies of our Company.

To Whom and For What Purpose Personal Data May Be Transferred

Your personal data may be shared, as required by the relevant legislation, with:

• Relevant institutions for the execution of financial and accounting processes,

• Lawyers for the execution of legal processes,

• Public institutions and organizations to fulfill legal obligations,

• Authorized service providers to fulfill installation and disassembly requests.

Your Rights Under Article 11 of KVKK

Within the scope of Article 11 of KVKK, you have certain rights as a data subject. You can submit your requests regarding your rights using the following methods:

• By sending a notification via notary public or registered mail,
